Prior editions of the Academic Catalog are retained for students completing requirements under an earlier catalog of record. The current edition, Volume 39, 2026–2027, governs all other purposes.

Catalog of record

A student’s program requirements are those of the Catalog in effect at the student’s first term of enrollment, provided enrollment is continuous. A student whose enrollment lapses for two or more consecutive semesters, excluding summer, re-enters under the Catalog then in effect. Questions concerning the catalog of record for a particular enrollment are directed to the Office of the Registrar, Room A-112.

Prior editions

Volumes 1 through 23 (1988–89 through 2010–11) were not produced in electronic form. Print copies are available for review in the Library reading room and in the Office of the Registrar during posted hours. The Library holds these volumes on open shelving in the reading room; the Office of the Registrar holds a second set. Print copies do not circulate and the College does not mail copies.

Catalogs of the Bellweather Vocational Institute (1961–1988) are held by the Office of the Registrar. They are available for review by appointment. Holdings prior to 1975 are on microfilm.
