The application for admission is the same for all applicants and all terms. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. There is no application deadline, but see the steps to enroll for the recommendation regarding files completed close to the start of a term.

What the application requires

• Legal name, date of birth, and contact information
• Social Security number (requested for financial aid and state reporting; an application without one will be processed)
• Ohio residency information, used to determine the tuition rate
• Intended program of study, or undecided
• High school or equivalency completion, and any colleges previously attended
• The $25 application fee

Transcripts are not submitted with the application. They are requested from the issuing institution and sent directly to the Office of Enrollment Services.

The application fee

The application fee is $25, assessed one time, and is non-refundable. It may be paid by card through DroverNet at the time of online submission; by check or money order payable to Bellweather College of Applied Technology, enclosed with a mailed application; or in person at the Office of the Bursar, Room A-116, by cash, check, or card. An application is not processed until the fee is received. The fee is waived for College Credit Plus applicants and for applicants re-enrolling after an absence of fewer than three years, for whom it has already been assessed.

After you apply

Applicants receive written acknowledgment within ten business days, with a student ID number and a list of any items still required to complete the file. Notice of admission is sent when the file is complete. Applicants to programs with additional requirements receive separate instructions from the program.
