College Credit Plus students are charged nothing. The full Schedule of Charges lists every charge the College assesses, by program, and is the document of record.

Financial aid
The College participates in the Federal Pell Grant and Federal Direct Loan programs. Eligibility is determined by the FAFSA; the College’s federal school code is 009305. The priority filing date for the fall term is March 15. Aid is credited to the student account at the start of each term after enrollment is confirmed.
The College does not participate in the Federal Work-Study program, having withdrawn in 2013. Students seeking part-time employment may consult the position postings maintained by the Office of Human Resources and by OhioMeansJobs Tolliver County.
Students receiving aid are subject to the College’s satisfactory academic progress standards, which are applied at the end of each term. Questions regarding eligibility, verification, or a change in circumstances should be directed to the Financial Aid office, Room A-108, ext. 2170.
Scholarships
Scholarships and awards are administered by the Bellweather College Foundation. One application covers all Foundation awards; the application opens November 1 and closes March 1 for the following academic year, and awards are announced by April 15. Scholarship application is free of charge. Questions: Foundation office, ext. 2290. Persons wishing to establish or contribute to a fund may contact the Foundation.
Payment
Charges are due by the payment deadline published for each term. A payment plan is available through the College’s third-party plan administrator for a $35 enrollment fee per term. Balances over 30 days accrue a $25 monthly late payment charge and result in a registration and transcript hold. Payment questions are handled by the Office of the Bursar, Room A-116, ext. 2180.
Refunds
Charges are non-refundable after the second week of instruction except as provided in the Refund Policy (Policy 5.20), which also describes the federally required return of Title IV funds for aid recipients who withdraw.
