Annual Security Report

Published annually by October 1 in accordance with 20 U.S.C. § 1092(f) (the Jeanne Clery Act). This report covers calendar years 2023, 2024, and 2025. Printed copies are available from the Department of Campus Safety on request.

In an emergency, dial 911 first, then notify Campus Safety.

The College reports for two locations: the Corliss Pike campus (including Lots 1–9, Barn Complex B, the Shop Building, the Mock Structure, and the Cemetery Practicum Ground) and the Aviation and Heavy Equipment Annex. Public property adjacent to campus includes Corliss Pike and County Airport Road. Facilities used under agreement and not owned or controlled by the College — Pike Lanes, Bellweather Municipal, the Tolliver Sportsmen’s Club, and cooperating clinical and practicum sites — are non-campus locations and are reported as such where applicable.

Hate crimes

No hate crimes were reported in 2023, 2024, or 2025.

Unfounded crimes

One report was determined unfounded in 2024 following investigation by the Tolliver Township Police Department. Unfounded determinations are made by sworn law enforcement, not by the College.

Fire safety

The College does not maintain on-campus student housing and is therefore not required to publish an annual fire safety report or to maintain a fire log. Fire drills are conducted in all instructional buildings each semester. The Shop Building, Wing E preparation laboratory, and Fermentation Cellar are subject to additional inspection by the Tolliver Township Fire Department under their respective occupancy classifications.

Missing student notification

Federal missing student notification requirements apply to institutions maintaining on-campus student housing. The College does not, and therefore does not maintain a missing student notification policy. Concerns regarding a student’s welfare should be directed to the Dean of Students, ext. 2140, or to law enforcement.
