Meetings of the Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees meets in regular session on the second Tuesday of odd-numbered months at 6:00 p.m. in Room A-120. Meetings of the Board are open to the public under section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code, except as provided for executive session. Agendas are posted at least 24 hours in advance at the Office of the President, Room A-200, and on this page. Special meetings are noticed in the same manner as regular meetings. The annual schedule of regular meetings is posted each January.

The Tolliver Township trustees hold their February and August meetings in Room A-120 under the arrangement by which the College made the room available following the township’s loss of its former meeting space. Those meetings are noticed by the township, not by the College.

Bid solicitations and requests for proposals

Solicitations are issued by the Business Office under the College’s purchasing policy and applicable provisions of the Ohio Revised Code. Sealed bids are opened publicly at the time and place stated in the notice. Bid tabulations and award results are available from the Business Office on request. Documents for an open solicitation are obtained from the Business Office by the means stated in the notice.
