A person wishing to address the Board submits a written request to the Office of the President, Room A-200 or ext. 2201, by noon on the business day preceding the meeting, stating the subject to be addressed. The chair allocates time. Comment concerning an individual employee or student is not heard in open session. Public comment periods have occasionally produced written submissions, which are filed with the minutes.
