The Foundation is registered with the Office of the Ohio Attorney General.
Governance
The Foundation is governed by a board of directors serving without compensation. Officers are elected annually. Directors are not employees of the College, though the President of the College serves ex officio without vote. The current roster of directors is available from the Foundation office.

Financial reporting
The Foundation’s financial statements are audited annually by an independent public accounting firm, separately from the audit of the College, which is conducted under the authority of the Auditor of State. The Foundation’s annual report, including fund balances by name, and its most recent audited statements are available from the Foundation office on request. Several funds are restricted to purposes defined at the time of the originating gift and have not been drawn upon pending the fulfillment of those conditions.
