Floor and slot operations, distinct from table dealing. Machine attendance and minor service, jackpot verification and hand-pay procedure, W-2G preparation and IRS reporting thresholds, ticket-in ticket-out systems and printer service, player tracking card enrollment and tier administration, dispute intake and escalation, responsible gaming protocol and voluntary exclusion list procedure, and floor surveillance coordination.

Prepares students for Ohio Casino Control Commission licensure. Licensure requires the applicant to be 21.

The certificate may be completed alongside Casino Table Operations. The two are separate occupations with separate licensure classifications, and employers do not treat one as a substitute for the other.

Responsible gaming is a graded component and is not optional. A student who cannot demonstrate the voluntary exclusion procedure does not complete the program.

The instructor of record advises the Bellweather College Foundation on its annual charitable gaming license application under ORC Chapter 2915, which is unrelated to the curriculum and is disclosed here because the Division's advisory committee asked that it be.
