Guardianship And Fiduciary Support.
A substantive change application for this program is pending before the Council on Occupational and Technical Accreditation. Enrollment is not open. Joining an interest list creates no enrollment rights and no fee obligation.

Administrative support of guardians, conservators, and other court-appointed fiduciaries. Ward file maintenance, inventory and accounting preparation to probate standard, annual report assembly, benefits coordination, and visit documentation.

Includes the Ohio Supreme Court Rule 66 guardian fundamentals curriculum, delivered under agreement with a continuing legal education provider. Graduates support attorneys, agencies, and professional fiduciaries serving wards and other represented parties.

The certificate does not qualify graduates to serve as guardian, to provide legal advice, or to exercise any fiduciary authority in their own right.
