Cannabis Cultivation and Retail Operations

Licensed cultivation, processing, seed-to-sale tracking, and dispensary operations under Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 3796. Graduates are eligible for employee licensure upon successful background investigation.

The state employee license application fee is paid to the State and is not included in tuition. Practical instruction in BSS 210 is conducted in a controlled environment. Product handled during instruction is inventoried, weighed, and returned to secure storage at the end of each session. Weight reconciliation is completed before students are dismissed.
