Jade is a first-year student in the Traditional Dairy Processing certificate and joined the bowling team in her first semester. Her family operates a small dairy operation outside Rittman, and her class schedule was arranged around morning processing hours with the approval of the program coordinator. She competed in Wayne County youth bowling leagues through her senior year of high school. Departure times for away meets accommodate morning processing; the accommodation was requested once and has been standing since.
