Student Handbook
2026–27 edition · published August 2026
The Student Handbook is published annually by the Office of the Dean of Students. The edition in effect at the start of the academic year applies for that year. The Handbook is available in DroverNet as a PDF, and printed copies are available at no charge at the Office of the Dean of Students, Room A-130, and at orientation.
Contents
The Handbook collects, in one document: the Student Code of Conduct; the student grievance procedure; attendance and academic standing summaries; shop, barn, laboratory, and range safety rules common to all programs; student organization recognition procedures; the campus map; office hours and extensions; and the notices the College is required to publish to students annually, which are also collected at Consumer Information.
Incorporated policies
The following policies of the College are incorporated in the Handbook by reference and reproduced in full in its appendix. Where the Handbook and the Policy Manual differ, the Manual governs.
