Housing

The College does not operate student housing.

Bellweather College of Applied Technology is a commuter institution. It owns no residence facility, leases none, operates no meal plan, and has no affiliation, agreement, or referral relationship with any apartment complex, landlord, or property manager. It has operated as a commuter institution since the closure of Tolliver House in 1991.

Students are responsible for arranging their own housing. The College provides the resources below as a convenience and makes no representation as to the condition, safety, legality, or suitability of any property, and no representation as to any landlord.

The College does not: guarantee housing; hold or forward mail for students; provide a mailing address for student use; sign, guarantee, or co-sign a lease; mediate landlord-tenant disputes; provide storage; permit overnight presence in College buildings or on College grounds; or represent that any listed property is suitable for any purpose.

Practical notes by program

Some programs carry scheduling obligations that students should weigh when choosing where to live.
