Rudolph Ancey, P.E., has served as Division Chair and Professor since 2000. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and Ohio Professional Engineer license #PE-58214. Before joining the College, he worked as a project engineer at Halloran-Wisk Construction from 1988 to 2000.

He teaches BUS 210 (Small Business Operations) and CON 240 (Construction Documents and Estimating). CON 240 covers bid assembly, quantity takeoff, subcontractor scoping, and the reading of construction documents for residential and light commercial projects.

He served on the Ohio Board of Building Standards residential code committee from 2019 to 2022, participating in the review cycle for amendments to the Ohio Residential Code. His professional engineer registration is maintained current with the State of Ohio.

Student proposals referred to the Division by other offices are reviewed as they arrive and are answered in writing.
