Bernard O. Culliton has been at the College since 2013. He holds an M.A. and B.A. in History from Youngstown State University. He holds the rank of Associate Professor and is currently on leave for the 2026–27 academic year; his courses are being covered by Mr. Bede and by adjunct assignment.

Professor Culliton teaches APS 110, Intake and Occupancy History. The course addresses property documentation methods, chain-of-custody for occupancy records, historical deed and permit research, and the standards governing written intake reports for properties referred to the Division.

His academic background in documentary and archival research informs the course's emphasis on primary-source verification and standardized intake forms. He has contributed to the Division's internal intake protocol, most recently revised in 2024.
