Clement Dray has served as Instructor, Jobsite Material Security since 2018. Before that he served as yard supervisor at the same firm.
He teaches SEC 140 (Marking and Traceability Systems) and SEC 165 (Dealer Reporting and Evidence Preservation). SEC 165 addresses the documentation requirements placed on scrap metal dealers under Ohio Revised Code, including the holding period for regulated materials and the procedures for reporting and preserving evidence of suspected theft.
His instructional background draws directly on the ORC 4737.04 compliance function he held for over a decade, including experience across multiple facilities with differing material streams and reporting volumes.
