Marisol Etch has been at the College since 2021. She holds an M.S. in Industrial Hygiene from the University of Michigan and a B.S. in Chemistry from Xavier University. She is a Certified Industrial Hygienist. Prior to joining the faculty, she served as an industrial hygienist with the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation from 2012 to 2021.

Ms. Etch co-teaches APS 145, Environmental Baseline and Instrumentation, with Mr. Bede, covering the instrumentation, calibration, and sampling protocol components. She is the instructor of record for APS 245, Environmental Sampling and Chain of Custody, which addresses field sampling methods, evidence handling, laboratory submission procedures, and documentation standards applicable to air, surface, and bulk samples.

She maintains calibration records for all instrumentation owned by the Division, including direct-reading gas monitors, particle counters, and EMF measuring equipment. Calibration schedules follow manufacturer specifications and applicable AIHA guidelines.

Ms. Etch's office is in the Wing F Instrumentation Room.
