Milo Ferrante joined the Division in 2017 as Instructor in Costumed Character Performance. Before coming to the College, he spent eleven years in character and parade operations at Cedar Point, where he served latterly as costume shift supervisor.

Mr. Ferrante teaches Character Suit Performance (TEX 160), which covers donning and doffing protocol, mobility and visibility management in full-coverage suits, heat load monitoring, and performer handoff procedures. The course addresses the operational and physical demands specific to character performance in outdoor, high-traffic, and extended-duration settings.

Mr. Ferrante holds current certification in heat illness prevention and response.
