Eudora Frayne-Sill served in the Division of Fiber, Textile and Personal Appearance from 1971 to 2004 and holds the rank of Professor Emerita, Cosmetology. She was among the original faculty of the cosmetology program at what was then Bellweather Vocational Institute.

Professor Emerita Frayne-Sill is not engaged in active instruction. Inquiries regarding program history may be directed to the Division office, ext. 2510.
