Deland Muschick joined the faculty as Instructor in Private Investigation in 2017. He retired from the Stark County Sheriff's Office after 21 years of service, reaching the rank of detective sergeant, and has held an Ohio Class A private investigator license since 2016.
He teaches INV 130 (Introduction to Private Investigation) and INV 205 (Surveillance Operations). Course content includes Ohio licensure law, records research, service of process procedures, and the documentation standards applicable to civil investigation files.
