Bernadette Ollsvig, SHRM-CP

Bernadette Ollsvig, SHRM-CP, serves as Director of Human Resources and Title IX Coordinator in Room A-118. She is responsible for employment functions including position posting, onboarding, benefits administration, personnel records, and compliance with applicable state and federal employment law.

In her capacity as Title IX Coordinator, Ms. Ollsvig receives reports, coordinates the College's response procedures, and maintains required records under Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972. She also serves as the primary contact for employee leave administration under FMLA and Ohio law. Directory corrections for the faculty and staff directory are submitted to her office at ext. 2240.
