Neil Ostrand serves as Head Coach of the men's and women's cross country programs and as an Instructor in the College's general education sequence, where he is the instructor of record for GEN 101 (First-Year Seminar). The cross country programs compete under NJCAA eligibility rules in Region XII.
Coach Ostrand holds a current USATF Level 1 coaching certification. The cross country season runs in the fall. Home meets are conducted at the Tolliver County Fairgrounds course under a facilities use agreement with the county.
