Harriet Quiglee, CIFI, has been a member of the faculty since 2014. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from Ohio Northern University and is a Certified Insurance Fraud Investigator. Prior to joining the College, she worked in the special investigation unit of Bercham Mutual from 2001 to 2014.
Professor Quiglee teaches INV 150 (Statement Taking I), INV 220 (Statement Taking II and Recorded Interviews), and INV 265 (Referral Packaging and Testimony). Her courses cover written statement protocols, the conduct of recorded interviews under Ohio evidentiary standards, and the assembly of referral packages for civil and criminal proceedings.
Her background in carrier-side investigation informs the course content for INV 265, which addresses preparation for deposition and testimony as a fact witness in fraud proceedings.
