Delores Sarnak joined the Division in 2016. Before coming to BCAT she served as house manager at the Palace Theatre in Canton from 2001 to 2016 and held front-of-house positions at two broadcast venues.

She teaches Front-of-House Operations (PER 140), which covers ticketing and access procedures, house count and capacity reporting, patron communication, incident documentation, and coordination with production staff. The course addresses both performing arts venues and event settings with variable configurations.

Ms. Sarnak draws on experience managing public access at a high-volume presenting venue and applies those operational standards directly to course instruction and practicum supervision.
