Teaches Introduction to Squamate Husbandry (HERP 101), Restraint and Transport (HERP 155), and Venomous Species Protocol (HERP 268). The HERP 268 course requires documentation of completed prerequisite coursework and a signed acknowledgment of laboratory protocols before enrollment is confirmed.

Member, Association of Reptilian and Amphibian Veterinarians. Holds the College's Class A wild animal propagation permit of record; permit renewal is filed annually with the Ohio Department of Natural Resources. Office is in the Reptile House.
