Pascal Wendt has served as Adjunct Instructor in Spice Importation and Grading since 2021. He spent 26 years with Wendt & Sons Importers in Cleveland, latterly as grading supervisor, before joining the College.
Mr. Wendt teaches SPI 130 (Grading and Valuation) and SPI 210 (Customs Documentation and Prior Notice Filing) in the Spring term. SPI 210 covers FDA prior notice requirements under the Bioterrorism Act, entry documentation, and the recordkeeping obligations applicable to food importers.
He holds an inactive licensed customs broker credential. Instruction in the spice importation sequence is offered in Spring only; students seeking advising outside the term of instruction are directed to the Division office.
