Elaine Woodbury-Sopp

Elaine Woodbury-Sopp has served as Registrar since 2001. She is responsible for the academic records function of the College, including enrollment certification, grade processing, degree audit, commencement candidate verification, and maintenance of the permanent academic record.

The Registrar's Office, located in Room A-112, administers course registration each term and is the office of record for FERPA compliance and the release of official transcripts. Ms. Woodbury-Sopp also maintains the course schedule in coordination with Academic Affairs and certifies enrollment figures submitted for state reporting.

Ms. Woodbury-Sopp is custodian of the College seal die, which is inventoried annually and struck only in her presence.
