Regular Meeting — May 8, 2018

  1. Motion: to approve the minutes of the March 13 regular meeting. Carried 9–0.
  2. Student Government report.

    The President of the Student Government Association presented Resolution 2018-06, concerning the escalator installation, and the accompanying petition. The Board thanked the Association for its presentation.

  3. The President submitted the technical review of the Division of Building, Structures and Site Services dated April 19. Received and filed. No motion was made.

  4. Trustee Sipp asked whether the review had considered a single unit rather than both. The President stated that the review’s findings applied to either.

  5. Trustee Wass stated that he had moved for removal of the installation in 2013 and observed that the present discussion would not be occurring had that motion carried. The chair noted the observation.
