Absent: none.

Also present: Halvard M. Trenneman, President; Odalys R. Brench, Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs; Curtis Pryor-Lamb, Vice President for Finance and Administration; Elaine Woodbury-Sopp (recording).

Motion: to approve the minutes of the November 11, 2025 regular meeting. Carried 9–0.
Motion: to accept the financial report. Carried 9–0.
Enrollment report received and filed.
Facilities.
The Director of Facilities reported completion of the Lot 7 salting route revision.
Programs.
The Provost presented the proposal for a Technical Certificate in Conveyance Systems Inspection and Maintenance, together with the joint viability review of the Division and Career Services, which does not recommend it, and the correspondence of the International Union of Elevator Constructors declining advisory service. Trustee Sipp asked whether the College's own installation could be used for instruction. The Provost stated that it could, for inspection instruction, and could not for anything requiring the units to move. Trustee Wass asked what the College would do with the certificate if the units were removed. The President stated that the question was not before the Board. Received and filed. No motion was made.
